A W P - Arthur Westover Photography

For some reason I find myself at times drawn to blurry images. In fact, as one person commented, I tend to add blur. My main reason for posting this photograph is to get the last photo off the top page, because frankly, it's pretty bad. This photo was taken at a work party, in low light, with no flash of course.
